E-commerce Assistant - Colchester, United Kingdom - Hub Freight

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images on various ecommerce platforms
- Monitor and analyse online sales performance to optimise listings and increase revenue
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement online promotional campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
Experience:
- Strong clerical skills for organising and maintaining records
- Data entry experience to update product information accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Ability to computerise tasks efficiently
- Strong organisational and office administrative skills
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic e-commerce environment, utilising various software tools to drive online sales.
Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
