The focus of this role is to engage with customers within a contact centre environment, responding to a variety of enquiries


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Making amendments to customer details
  • Handling queries regarding payments and contracts
  • Identifying retention opportunities
  • Resolving complaints where necessary, and escalating complex queries where necessary
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • High levels of commitment to providing quality customer service
  • IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
