Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional food experience to high standards and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

  • Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Ensuring that your station is fully equipped and ready for service.
  • Complying with health and safety legislation as well as food hygiene standards.
  • Cooking meals to order
As a Cook, you will be expected to carry out a range of basic tasks.

Must have a good grasp of Food Safety and good practices with labelling, stock rotation and shelf life knowledge

Must also be able to follow instructions, read and understand menu specifications and work within guidelines.
