Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, highly successful accountancy firm in Leeds. My client works alongside highly successful people and their outstanding businesses to provide expert advice and guidance.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing support to the full team
  • Assisting with daily office needs and managing all administrative tasks
  • Keeping a log of documents sent to Companies House
  • Ordering land registry documents
  • Ordering and returning boxes to our offsite storage company
  • Assisting with planning events
  • Keeping stock of stationery and office supplies
  • Assisting with implementing Health and Safety procedures
  • General administration duties for the firm
  • Covering reception when needed including answering incoming calls, forwarding messages to the appropriate person/department, keeping call logs, meeting and greeting guests, making drinks and setting up meeting rooms

Experience needed for the role:


  • Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent data input skills
  • Literate and numerate
  • Ability to deal with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet team deadlines
