CHCP CIC have a vacancy for a specialist clinician to drive forward Tissue Viability, Lower Limb and Lymphoedema care and management across our integrated services.


CHCP CIC are a National Wound Care Strategy (NWCSP) 1stTranche implementation site for the Lower Limb Recommendations and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to continue to lead and drive forward a culture of high-quality care and influence further service improvements.


This post requires a dynamic, competent leader with experience in Tissue Viability and the applicant must be able to demonstrate experience of developing a culture of high performance and excellence.


As a positive and pro-active team, who are committed to adapting and meeting the ever-changing landscape, flexibility and a "can do" approach is essential.


The post holder will have extensive clinical experience and be responsible to deliver agreed targets and service improvement projects within the teams.

As strategic leader in all aspects of Tissue Viability, Lower Limb and Lymphoedema management, the role will involve liaising closely with other partners as required.
