The Faculty of Science & Technology is looking for a highly motivated individual to be responsible for the day to day management of all administrative duties for designated academic programmes.

You will be a customer focused individual who is flexible and able to manage deadlines effectively, to provide specialist knowledge and to support students, academic staff and external stakeholders.

You will need to demonstrate significant administrative experience coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational flair, combined with a proactive approach is essential as is the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

You will have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.


Ideally you will hold a first degree, or have acquired relevant professional qualification, sector specific knowledge, and experience in training and developing students.

Excellent communication skills and a highly organised approach are required.


This position is available on a Part-time basis for 18.50 hours per week.

This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service's Points Based System
