About Us
The successful applicants will join a small and friendly team of committed individuals operating high volume box manufacturing machines. We have been based in Shropshire for over 30 years

Role & Responsibilities

As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely loading and unloading of machines to achieve and constantly improve set targets.

Dependant on workload, you may also be required to assist in our production area.

Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.

Key Skills & Experience

Forklift driving experience essential
Able to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Ability to work without supervision
Experience of working on uneven ground
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work with a high level of care and accuracy
A commitment to health and safety
A conscientious approach to their work
Flexible approach to tasks and desire to work as part of a team

The work involves an amount of manual handling and so a good degree of dexterity and physical fitness is demanded.

The complexity of the work will also demand a good standard of basic education.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm (40 hour week)

Rural location, therefore own transport essential.

£12.26 per hour
