This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing group of body shops If you want to become part of the Activate Group family working in a state of the art, modern and technology led body shop then get in touch.

We're actively recruiting for Body Shop Technicians to join our team in the following roles:

  • Paint Sprayer

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair of motor vehicles of all types.
  • Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
  • Employ such knowledge and skills as may be required to restore vehicles to a high standard.
  • Observe, recognise and report on vehicle body damage.

Skills and Experience:


  • ATA / NVQ level
  • Great attitude to work and all members of staff.
  • Work well as a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Good H&S knowledge/awareness and compliance.
  • Time served repair technician.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Relevant industry experience.
