About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pavement Technology Specialist to join our team. This is a key position that will support our operations in North Wales and Midlands regions. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Technical Manager and be responsible for leading a team of technical experts. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality technical services, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the region.

Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead, develop and support technical staff members 2. Operate FPC control systems; escalate issues and implement corrective actions or recommendations 3. Review KPIs regularly to track performance against targets; identify required improvements

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: Essential qualifications: At least three years' experience in asphalt technology management roles Proficiency with quality management systems (FPC) Strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities Logical thinking pattern;
