We are seeking an outstanding 'Specialist Personal Tutor' who has experience of working with and supporting students both in and out of the classroom to join our highly effective 'Heads of Studies' team.

You will thrive on working in a fast paced, energetic and exiting environment striving to ensure the very best outcomes for our students.

The primary focus of this role is to guide and support students to successfully achieve beyond their Minimum Expected Grades and to embed a culture of respect, kindness and ambition.

As part of the role, you will be delivering bespoke in-class and on-line Tutorials to a range of different students.

You will embed best practice in your teaching and focus on current trends which are prevalent in everyday life.

During Tutorial sessions, you will be expected to build a strong rapport with students and develop a broader understanding of their individual requirements.

Reporting directly to the Head of Studies on site, you should also have the confidence to liaise and work with Heads of Department and all teaching colleagues.

You will utilise college systems to record and extract data, whilst also identifying areas for development.

From data that has been gathered, you will communicate with individual students to address concerns and offer strategies to align their learning requirements with that of the College.

£22,009.35-£23,940.39 per year
