Do you have experience of employer brand marketing to the graduate and early careers sector, working in a professional services environment, I want to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity at a prestigious city based firm.


The Role:

  • You will manage EC's digital footprint, brand, and communications, and have responsibility for designing and implementing the EC online marketing campaigns.
  • You will manage the EC website, attend campus events, manage the EC's social media presence, working with key suppliers such, and developing global collateral with counterparts.
  • You will report directly into the EC Recruitment Manager, but the team works closely with the EC Development team, CR&I team and the marketing and communications team (as well as key stakeholders from the business including our Training Principal and HRPartners).

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous graduate or early careers recruitment experience.
  • Experience in running the EC digital marketing cycle (website, communications, social media, marketing).
  • Experience in managing and building relationships with external suppliers.
  • Confident and personable, with the credibility to act as a strong brand ambassador for the firm
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deal with pressure.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Responsive to tasks with a cando attitude.
  • A strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fastmoving environment.
  • Excellent organisation, analytical and administration skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
