About the Position:

As a Teaching Assistant in Harrow, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive school environment, gaining valuable experience, and positively impacting students' lives.

An exciting opportunity also exists for fully funded teacher training during the academic year 2023/2024.

Responsibilities:

Provide support in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging learning experiences.
Assist in implementing personalized education plans for students with diverse abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong understanding of English and Maths.
Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
Previous experience with children (paid or voluntary) is highly advantageous.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence to support a diverse range of pupils.
