Duties and Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal parts from drawings or blueprints using press brake welding techniques
- Perform basic math and perform calculations to fabricate parts with the use of calipers, brakes, and other measurement devices.
- Use computer software to fabricate parts using press brake welding techniques.
- Perform basic electrical work such as installing wire harnesses between components.
- Maintain a clean work area and perform other cleaning duties as required.
- Operate a variety of hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager as deemed necessary.
Skills Required and Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
