CONTRACT: 9 month FTC Maternity Cover

HOURS: 16 hours per week, flexibility offered

FLEXIBLE WORKING: 1 day minimum from the office on a Monday

SALARY:
£35,000 - £40,000 FTE (pro rata £16,000 - £18,288)

As the Executive Assistant to 2 Directors, you will be an expert at providing high level, professional support and an effortless organiser This organisation is looking for an individual that can inject some energy whilst being their true authentic-self

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Ensuring the Directors are supported to a high administrative professional level including diary management, organising meetings, managing correspondence and making travel arrangements
  • Maintaining efficient office systems and adhering to the organisation's policies on confidentiality and data protection
  • Organising and managing meetings for the Executive Council including the relevant papers and briefings, attending meetings and taking minutes and coordinating follow up actions
  • Organising the Directors' UK and International travel schedule
  • Liaising with key departments to ensure that the Directors are fully briefed and informed on key activities
  • Attending and supporting meetings as required including preparing agendas, meeting papers and coordinating follow up actions

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Experience of providing a full range of executive support duties to a CEO, director, senior management team member and/or board
  • Previous experience of managing a varied workload, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a professional and courteous service
  • A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office and Teams. Must be able to manage multiple diaries electronically
  • Personable, engaging individual committed to achieving both individual and organisational goals
