Haymarket Business Media's Content Labs team is recruiting a project executive.


It's an exciting, dynamic role that involves working with a variety of clients, internal teams and suppliers to deliver content-led projects on time and budget.


The project executive works alongside a team of supportive project managers across a wide array of commercial content spanning a range of B2B sectors.

What's involved

  • You project manage your own commercial contentdriven projects and assist senior project managers. And you'll get plenty of support and coaching along the way
  • You work with content experts to produce quality content
  • You communicate well in person, online and over the phone with internal and external contacts
  • You manage with help and guidance varied projects that include small events (roundtables, webinars and panel sessions); commercial editorial both online and in print; and video production (working with a small crew)
  • You work with clients to meet expectations, to deliver results and to nurture relationships
  • You work comfortably with internal departments (sales, marketing, editorial and more)
  • You're happy working with freelancers, technical teams and suppliers
