We have an opportunity for a part-time administrative and recruitment assistant.

Pay?


For this position we are offering a rate of pay based on experience at £10 per hour, contracted for up to 18-hours per week across 3-4 days.

Your rate of pay will also be regularly reviewed each year and in line with performance.


The role?
We are looking for someone who is hands on and likes to see the positive outcomes of their work. With previous experience as an administrator or office work looking for career progression.


As an administrative and recruitment assistant at our firm you would work alongside and be supported by the Care and Business Development Manager, bookkeeper and both Directors.


As part of the adminstrative and office team we all work together for the betterment of the company and the care homes.

We all enjoy our work and working together, and you can expect to join a team in a supportive environment.


Hours of work?
Working 18 hours per week, daytime hours across 3 to 4 days (TBC).


Location?


You will be based in the office within one of the care homes alongside the Care and Business Development Manager and Director.

[Gigg Lane, Bury, BL9 9HQ] Free on-site parking.


Tasks include (but are not limited to)

  • Job posting, shortlisting and organising interviews
  • Recruitment processing (references/DBS checks) and setting up recruitment files
  • Assisting the Care and Business Development Manager with HR
  • Assisting the Care and Business Development Manager with payroll and rotas
  • Assisting the Care and Business Development Manager with staff training schedules
  • Processing post
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Liasing with potential admissions
  • Banking cash and cheques
  • Forwarding invoices to the bookkeeper
  • Assisting the Care and Business Development Manager with archiving
  • Assisting with weekly occupancy and fee records
  • Assisitng the directors with organsing events and company events

Proficiency?

  • Microsoft: Excell
  • Microsoft: Word
  • Microsoft: Outlook
  • IT: (Training provided on our electronic rota/payroll system)
  • IT: General IT proficiency

Experience and Qualifications?
Experience and any relevant qualification is preferred. However, it's not a necessity and we will support and train you in all duties and roles.

Part-time hours: 18 per week

Up to £10.00 per hour
