Job summary
Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want?
You will join our staff bank as a Bank Healthcare Assistant with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave.
We operate 24/7 with standard shifts of 12.5 hours.
The service offers free meals on duty, free parking, wellbeing support activities,
a two-week paid induction for new workers,
and access to available shifts at Adderley Green in Stoke on Trent plus potential future option
to work bank shifts regionally across other Elysium services across the region.
