What will the apprentice be doing?
Whilst working within a busy contact office the Apprentice will carry out tasks that involve:

Making & receiving calls to clients and other professionals
Keeping detailed notes
Maintaining customer files
Building customer relationships
Good attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality
Maintain data bases
Liaise with sub contractors
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Any other ad hoc administration duties that are required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will achieve: Business Administrator Level
The apprentice will complete the following training:
How to manage stakeholders
Relevant laws and regulations such as health and safety, data protection & equality
Financial processes such as accounting, payroll, & managing budgets
How to manage change
Project management
Factors that affect organisations
Record & document production
Interpersonal skills
Coaching others
Effective communications
Quality procedures
Planning & organisation

Annual wage
£10,004.80

Working week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week
