Financial Assistant (21 hours p/w):

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Financial Assistant within our Finance Team.


ABOUT THE FINANCE TEAM


This is an exciting time to join our Finance Team headed up by our Director of Finance & Resources, Edith Yembra, to support with the delivery of our new strategy 'from Good to Great'.

You'll have opportunities to grow as part of a small multi-professional team with access to Learning & Development programmes and Continuous Professional Development.


ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will be office based, covering 21 hours per week.

You will be assisting the Finance Business Partners with day-to-day operations including:

- maintaining accurate and up to date records on Sage 200
- managing the Finance mailbox and dealing with queries
- raising sales invoices ensuring the sales ledger is reconciled.
- month end reconciliations for Trial Balance of various accounts
