Description

We are looking for a Multi skilled trade labourer to start in Hull.

You will be assisting electricians and plumbers doing electrical and mechanical work for the maintenance department.

M&E experience as either an electrician's mate or plumbers mate would be beneficial.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Water temperature checks
Meter readings
Plant room inspections
Gutter clearances
Roof clearances
Basic toilet repairs (replacing syphons/flush valves)
Assist all trades teams (Electrical/Heating/Building services)

- general maintenance work

CSCS/ECS card would be an advantage.

Rate is £13/hour PAYE/CIS

Duration: 6 months plus (immediate available)

Full driving Licence is required as you on occasions you may be required to work on other locations within Hull.
