We are recruiting a Funding Administrator to join our Corporate Funding team to provide administrative support to this vital team.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure all existing data on Salesforce is correct through regular audits
  • Produce KPI reports to support organisational and financial targets and to highlight particular successes/issues/trends
  • Work closely with the Head of Funding & Contracts and the Fundraising Manager to craft the agendas of Team meetings
  • Ensure the administration and smooth running of the Funding meetings including the:
  • timely collation, production and circulation of papers in advance of each meeting, ensuring that presentations are prepared and accessible during the meetings;
- effective administration of meetings through appropriate room bookings and set-up/close down of meeting space on the day;
- taking of minutes that accurately reflect the key elements of the discussions held, the decisions taken and any actions arising; and
- liaison with Chair of meeting to ensure prompt distribution of minutes to meeting attendees.

  • Respond and prepare correspondence, collate information and write letters and reports for relevant stakeholders.


We are looking for someone to work 15 hours per week and are really flexible to consider a number of different working patters to suit you.

This is a role that would be hybrid between home and our Malt Cross offices in Nottingham City Centre.

Initially being based in the office would be a fantastic way for you to learn about our complex organisation and meet the wide range of stakeholders you will be interacting with regularly.

However, we are really supportive of hybrid working once established in the role.

About You


We are looking for someone who has experience of working in busy office environment as an Administrator, Personal Assistant or possibly already working in fundraising.

You will need experience of managing a very busy workload with a variety of tasks and demanding deadlines.


You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be well presented with the ability to be professional at all times; experience of, or an appreciation of how to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately within a data protection framework would be ideal.


It would be highly beneficial if you had your own transport and were able to travel to attend meetings across Nottinghamshire if required.
