Foot Mobile Services Engineer

London

£32,000-£38,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our clients are a leading national FM services provider established in 1985 with a superb industry reputation and established client base UK wide.

They serve corporate, public sector and managing agent clients who rely on them to manage offices, commercialproperties, retail sites, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, luxury residential units and listed buildings.

Due to their continued growth they require a Foot Mobile Engineer to work on a number of key sites in Central London.

They now require a Foot Mobile Services Engineer with a qualification in either electrical, mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing to recognised level.

To carry out scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in central London.

Service Engineer Job Duties:

To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met
Maintenance and repair of Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
To take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management and FM help desk as necessary.
Provide care and maintenance of Client site as defined by Contracts Manager.
To maintain a high degree of customer service and workmanship for all tasks undertaken.
Ad hoc duties as requested by site facilities operations management team.

Service Engineer Skills Required:

Experience performing works with Plumbing/ Heating, Plant equipment, Water Treatment
Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.
Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures and fittings
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements
Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations (Desirable)
