An opportunity has arisen at York & Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Lead to work within the Corporate Efficiency Team who will contribute towards the delivery of the Trust's multi-million-pound Efficiency Target using their proven expertise of managing projects, seeking out innovation and quality improvements.

We are looking for an individual who will:

Engage and respond positively to change
Promote improvement and new ways of working
Ensure the effective development and implementation of operational efficiency initiatives across the Trust.

Building on your existing skills, you will provide Operational Leadership and support on projects both to Care Group teams and Efficiency colleagues to support the delivery of the Efficiency Agenda.

Whether releasing savings, influencing corporate culture or driving change; you will require strong interpersonal skills to deliver against this diverse and challenging agenda.
