Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing tasks as required
• Utilise power tools for various maintenance activities
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and material estimates
• Hold a valid driving license with no more than 3 point
• Undertake carpentry work including heavy lifting and assembly
• Use hand tools effectively for repairs and installations

Skills:

• Proficient in plumbing, building works and drywalling tasks
• Competent in using power tools and hand tools efficiently
• Capable of basic mathematical calculations for measurements and estimates
• Commercial driving experience is essential
• Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

Pay:
£31,500.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Plumbing: 6 years (preferred)

- bathroom fitting: 6 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• City & Guilds (required)
