Purpose of Role:


Performance Excellence is a multi-year business transformation programme, taking Weir from good to a great, and an even better place to work.

As a highly experience Programme Admin Support with experience of working in a global business, you will provide a professional and proactive administration co-ordination support service to the VP Transformation and TMO Leadership, developing ways of working across the TMO to deliver a best-in-class service to the team, continually improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and

Diary Management:
Book TMO travel and accommodation in accordance with the company policy, preparing and co-ordinating itineraries. You'll also prepare and submit Concur expense reports and raising of purchase orders etc- Meeting and

Event Arrangements:
Comfortable with managing complex scheduling you will arrange and attend meetings and events as required by the TMO, taking minutes, capturing actions and ensuring appropriate follow-up with participants

  • Project Support:

Working closely with the Head of Governance & Integrated Planning you will assist with project related work across the TMO as required, including continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll draft, prepare and circulate presentations and reports as required- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build long term, sustainable partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable and highly proficient user of Microsoft 365 software (Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential)
  • Ability to positively challenge you'll be resilient and able to respond appropriately to challenging pressures and needs
  • Have a global and inclusive mindset solutionorientated with the ability to work collaboratively and make appropriate decisions rather than adding complexity
