Senior Care Assistant

£11.75 per hour

Driver's only

Shifts: 7am - 7pm (Alternate weekends)

A level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is essential for this role

1-3 years of care experience, either in a carer or senior carer role

Senior Care Assistantsare a valuable part of our team, looking after the welfare and creating a positive environment for all its residents and staff.


As a
Senior
Care Assistant, you will be part of our passionate team supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents by providing the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities include:


  • Leading our team to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents by providing the highest standard of care
  • Supporting our carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
  • Administering medication
  • Writing and updating care plans, and keeping accurate daily records
  • Promoting our resident's choice, dignity and independence and all times
