our offices in Bexwell, Downham Market to manage the day-to-day operations
for our Tier 1 client Openreach - a result of a new contract success and part of
our group business growth.
Job Purpose
To lead & manage Civils teams carrying out a variety of works including
chamber building, removing blockages, laying duct and helping Openreach
achieve its network build.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure resources are adequate for the workload and that projects are
- Efficiently plan and programme operations utilising business systems
job progress.
- A Team approach and maximise group resources by communication with
- Plan and proactively manage equipment and materials and minimising
- Set clear measurable targets for performance expectations.
- Manage risk throughout the life cycle of projects, workstreams.
- Monitor the quality of works undertaken and the information reports and

- Support the production of all relevant health & safety paperwork

Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in a similar management position
- Experience with TIER 1 Openreach
- Commercial awareness
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Planning and programming experience
- DepotNet Experience* would be an advantage
