Produce monthly management accounts.

  • Prepare monthly and annual budgets.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts.
  • Monthly reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet.
  • Ensure all purchase and sales invoices are posted correctly.
  • Prepare payment runs.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Process VAT returns.
  • Process petty cash and expense claims.
  • Liaise with external accountants to produce year end accounts.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for outsourced provider.
