About The Team:

The growth executive will be responsible for supporting the local marketing team across our influencer performance channels, specifically focusing on customer acquisition through our channels, Twitch & Instagram.

This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of organic influencer campaigns, analysing influencer performance and ensuring the channel is scaling and maintaining a strong ROI to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What You Will Be Doing:

Campaign Management

Responsible for working with global and legal teams to secure strong commercial agreements for top tier talents within your channel
Responsible for managing our influencer Twitch activity, building test roadmap and sharing weekly and monthly performance with management
Coordinate and execute campaigns from end to end on Twitch and Instagram (Mainline)
Play a pivotal role in testing new deliverables and content ideas via Twitch
Create unique briefs for large scale influencer campaigns
Be the main point of contact with the brand team to ensure brand and product messages are communicated within our guidelines.
Identify new growth opportunities within the influencer marketing sphere across paid and organic influencer channels.
Support on large crosschannel projects across Instagram.
Coordinate between local and global teams to ensure messages are optimised to different audiences, including landing page optimisation, briefs optimisation, etc.
Be a proactive member to the team by finding synergies between different social channels, proposing multichannel collaboration between Twitch and/or Instagram and the other channels that could positively impact the overall channel performance.
While the focus of this position will be Twitch and Instagram, we also expect proactivity in finding new ventures to test.

Strategy, Budget Management & Performance

Contribution to the annual marketing planning, budgeting and assist in the development of a clearly defined influencer marketing strategy
Underpin our marketing strategy by gaining insight through both quantitative and qualitative forms into market trends, creative analysis and channel analytics
Continue to innovate our test pipeline to optimise performance KPIs

Who You Are:

Previous experience in Influencer Marketing is required
Strong performance marketing experience
Understand the role of communityfirst apps (like Discord) in the gaming multiverse and leverage them for customer acquisition
Passion for identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities
Previous external/partner communication experience with the ability to build strong rapport with internal and external partners
Highly organised and performanceorientated with the skills to manage multiple live campaigns
Selfstarter, entrepreneurial with the confidence to work independently and deliver presentations internally
Very comfortable with data reporting and analysis, with strong Google Sheets experience
