Position:
Network Planner

Location:
Hybrid role, home based/office (office is Southampton, SO15 8TL)
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (full-time)

Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Plan and execute shipment across Europe, using Road and Multimodal, working through Excel programmes
Operational and customer service responsibilities, dealing with multiple parties, through phone, face to face meetings and on Teams.
Working in a team of four
Focus on continuous improvement, reworking processes and finding improvements

Now, here's what we need from you:

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook
Proactive
Previous experience in a Customer Service role
