Due to an internasal promotion we now have an opportunity for an experienced and capable
Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

We support end to end recruitment across all UKI functions, spanning manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, Medical and every business function. This role will largely support manufacturing recruitment across our UKI organisation, with a focus on our facility in Wrexham.

In this role you will:

Develop and nurture strong internal relationships with Hiring Managers, senior stakeholders and all colleagues in HR, respecting systems, processes, and interfaces.

In order to be considered for this role you will point to a strong track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in a manufacturing context.

You will have high initiative and a drive to identify and attract the best talent to our organisation. Your interpersonal and relationship building skills will be a key part of your success.
