Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine with special interest in Finance

The fellow has the opportunity to complete the HFMA Advance Diploma (3 modules) in healthcare business and finance, with funding towards this provided by the department.

the individual subsequently can also complete a full MBA over the next two years if they wish to do so.

Post-holders, who will be based at Chelsea and Westminster Emergency Department, will be awarded a job split of up to
70:30 i.e., 70% providing clinical cover and 30% on fellowship days for their chosen sub-specialty.

It will be agreed with the rota management team how the split is mapped across the rota. Projects and postgraduate courses the post-holder wishes to take will be agreed with the educational supervisor. Progress will be regularly reviewed against a tailored personal development plan.
