My client is a forward-thinking, independent estate agency that is looking to add driven Sales Negotiators to its close-knit team in Whitstable.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in property, looking to join a growing team.


Working Hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work full-time.


In return, our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator the following:

  • £19,000 basic salary
- £30,000 OTE

  • Bonuses/rewards through the company perk system

The main duties of a Sales Negotiator include, but will not be limited to:

  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
  • Negotiating sales
  • Progress sales through to completion.
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers
  • Canvassing to generate new business
  • Generate and arrange valuations
  • Followup leads over the phone and facetoface

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have the following:

  • Previous estate agency experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Local knowledge is desirable
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Careerminded
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career.
  • Full UK Driving license and use of a car
