    Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate - Permanent - Full Time

    Full Time

    Classifications: Cosmetics

    Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)

    Location: Birmingham, UK

    Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

    • Attending prospect meetings and onboarding new clients
    • Attending client meetings both remote and onsite as and when needed
    • Creating regulatory strategies for global markets
    • Creating, maintaining, and conducting gap assessments on technical file documentation and product information files (PIF)
    • Formulation review for cosmetics
    • Label reviews for cosmetics
    • Product registrations and notification, where relevant, across
    • Reviewing and preparing UK responsible person and EC Authorised Representative documentation
    • Prepare, review, and support the compilation of documentation for Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs)
    • Sign off Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs)
    • Liaising with Notified/Approved Bodies and Competent Authorities
    • Attending exhibitions, conferences, and network events

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetic industry
    • Qualified as a safety assessor for Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) creation and sign off
    • Must be eligible to work in the UK
    • Knowledge of regulations and standards
    • Willingness to learn and grow: We are looking for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow as part of a team. A willingness to continuously develop your skills and contribute to the team's success is essential
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Commercial mind set and energised by a fastpaced, dynamic environment
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

    Desired:

    • Medical Device experience – UK, EU and US
    • Food supplement experience
    • Quality assurance experience
    • Relevant certifications or qualifications in regulatory affairs
