We are an award-winning well-established Independent Estate and Lettings agent situated in Wolverhampton.

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings team, who pride themselves on offering the very best customer service.

Job Role:

Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word etc.
Able to follow instructions in a proactive and efficient manner.
Able to work in a team with good communication skills.
To answer the telephone and deal with any customer/client enquiries. To take messages where necessary and pass them on to the relevant person.
To welcome people coming into the office and deal with any enquiries they may have.
To arrange any viewings at properties for potential applicants.
To confirm and process tenancy renewals and follow the necessary procedures.
To obtain quotes from contractors, issue work orders and monitor/follow up on repairs and maintenance works.
To liaise with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure a prompt response to repairs/maintenance on numerous managed properties.

Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly).
Able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
Ability to multitask.
IT skills are desirable.
