Our client is a franchised dealership in the Croydon area of Surrey is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Reception Manager to head up their team of Service Advisors.

The basic salary on offer is negotiable with a £45k OTE.


Your role
As Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for Managing the Service Reception team.

You will create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by the Company by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customercare.

You will also ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public and will maximise service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products.


Your profile


You will possess a proven track record in the management of a customer service department, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the service arena.

You will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy thechallenge of influencing the success of the service department.

Proven excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong IT literacy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.


In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 3 plus years' experience as a Senior Service Advisor or above within a main dealership.
