Description
A vacancy has become available within the Workforce for a Band 3/4. This is a permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week The Core business hours are Monday To Friday. This role is based at The Point Unit 9 Sleaford NG34 8GG with Hybrid working from home

Although ESR knowledge is beneficial, full training will be given.


To ensure that appropriate documents relating to Employees are processed accurately and timely on the NHS Electronic Staff Records System and manual systems, distributing related documentation where necessary.

Pro-actively support the system security of ESR including the allocation of the ESR User Responsibility Profiles etc.

Participate in the verification process ensuring that our data is maintained to a high Standard.


To support with processing employee change forms in a timely manner, including clarifying any ambiguous or missing information on forms with managers, auditing and checking forms to ensure the relevant authorisation is in place; and ensuring that payroll changes are maintained in line with appropriate audit trails in retaining workforce information.


To assist in monitoring and improve data quality in ESR, including correcting data inaccuracies on the system identified by the national data warehouse and regular data cleansing process, Identify and respond to potential data anomalies in reports and identify where corrective action may be required.


To assist in maintenance of accurate work structures within workforce information systems including setting up and updating positions; and supporting the Workforce Analyst and members of the Finance Department to ensure establishment data is maintained on ESR.


Run standard reports from workforce information systems using pre-agreed parameters on a regular basis and pass to the appropriate person for act.

To work collaboratively with individual members of the BI and HR Teams in support of key areas of work undertaking a range of administrative functions to ensure that work is delivered to required deadlines.


Develop effective working relationships with staff and managers both within and outside the department to ensure the provision of a high quality, customer focused service.
