Swan Housing Association is based in Essex, and we manage over 10,000 homes in Essex and East London.We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer services and we need ambitious, career minded individuals with a "can do" attitude to deliver these services to our customers.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver high level, efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the Keyworker Living Service with a "get it right first time" approach to customers experience when contacting the service.
Ensure excellent customer service in the provision of an effcient and responsive service to both internal and external customers.In this role you will:
Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Take minutes at meetings when required and distributed accordingly
Coordinate, update and manage a range of spreadsheets relating to the work of the Service Manager and Management team
Assist with processing all referrals to Keyworker Living in relation to Voids and allocations
Build and develop strong and positive team relationships with NHS Trusts, external stakeholders and colleagues
Ensure payments received are processed
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, customer service and thrive off working in a busy office environment.

Salary:
£22,660.00-£24,720.00 per year
