To carry out ground maintenance tasks to Client's Grounds in line with contract specification.

To carry out snow clearance and winter gritting as directed by Supervisor or Contract Manager.
Complete the ground maintenance tasks and associated job activities in line with the company's agreed customer service standards and operational procedures.
Ensure all rosters are adhered to.
Ensure your vehicle is in good repair and regular vehicle checks are carried out.
Ensure all equipment is in good working order and is fit for purpose
Ensure your vehicle is fully equipped on a daily basis.
Ensure all your records, timesheets & paperwork is complete and returned to the contract supervisor on a weekly basis
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the Company's Risk & Method Statements
To work mostly alone on Client's Grounds.
Carry out grounds maintenance task that involves physical strength, stamina and standing, kneeling or crouching.
To drive the company provided vehicles, plant and equipment complying with the company's maintenance and repairs procedures (daily vehicle safety checks and maintenance, daytoday equipment/plant maintenance etc).
Responsible for the safe use of a range of portable tools, small plant, ladders and equipment to enable duties of the job to be carried out.
