Requirements:
As a Post Room Assistant you will be responsible for;
Duties & Responsibilities
- To accurately scan all incoming post and documents, including uploading to client files within the firm's case management system
- Undertake photocopying and scanning documents where needed
- To order required stationery including envelopes/paper and general stationery
- Printing and preparation of all outgoing post for dispatch by the Post Room via Royal Mail, Couriers, and the DX system
- Filing paperwork and documents
- Allocation of cases via the Court management system
Additional Responsibilities
- To support other teams as and when required including general office tasks
- Provide flexible support to cover operational activities when requested
How do I know I will be suitable?
Requirements;
- You will be studying law or have administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to deal with large volumes of incoming post and documents while maintaining high standards
- An ability to learn and develop with the role and to adapt to the needs and requirements of the business
- Demonstrates strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Alignment to Stowe values, in particular 'We Want Growth'
- Be adaptable, independent and positive towards change
- Have strong time management skills to ensure all documents are managed in a timely manner

- Parttime (3 days per week), 34 weeks initial training in our Harrogate office
- Working Wednesday: & two days of your choice
- Officebased working in Harrogate
