This role based in our Newry HQ is fast paced and will be ideally suited to someone who thrives on being busy Our client demands never stop and our whole company is built on providing exceptional service - all the time.

In short you will be

  • To schedule all reactive and planned works to either inhouse engineers or via established subcontract network
  • NBS bespoke system and client portals to be kept up to date with all relevant information on each job ensuring the jobs are sitting at the right status and all costs and communication is recorded

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a demanding office environment ideally in the construction industry
  • Exceptional IT skills with a strong desire to grow their skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage a demanding and often changing workload. Knowledge of financial cost control on jobs.
  • Super demonstrable communication able to communicate effectively to the wider team from Director level through to our subcontractors, and of course to our client base.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
