Executive Assistant - 12 month FTC- Work for a Global Consultancy based in London
About Our Client:
You will be working for a well-established global consultancy based in London.
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will be as follows:
- Manage highly complex calendars to schedule client meetings, case team meetings and events.
- Effectively prioritise client needs (both within and across different client teams)
- Plan and manage complex travel/logistics/itineraries including timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation
- Prepare and submit time and expense reports within a timely period
- Track, update and manage client contact information
- Team with other EAs/Staff members to ensure casework is effectively coordinated
- To act as a first point of contact for the Managing Directors & (Senior) Partners and Partners
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Executive Assistant will posses the following skills and attributes:
- Previous administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Executive Assistant duties
- Excellent written and spoken English, English and Dutch (for Amsterdam), English, Dutch and French (for Brussels)
- Proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent organisational skills to assist with all the behindthescenes organisation while providing creative solutions, driving our highlevel customer service, and positively impacting our client work
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage expectations and conflicting deadlines
- Excellent Interpersonal communication
- A progressive and positive attitude, with a flexible and growth mindset to the role

As Executive Assistant for this consulting firm in London you will receive:

- Competitive salary paying between £45,000 £54,000 with completion bonus based on individual performance
- City of London based
- Hybrid working, 2 days in office, 3 at home (flexibility is required)
