Bramcote College is a small, inclusive Secondary school that prides itself on supporting and enabling personalised pathways for all our young people with additional needs.

The school is undergoing significant change as it is due to have a new building in September 2025.

In September 2021 Bramcote College was commissioned to develop a new SEMH Enhanced Provision for a small cohort of pupils from Bramcote College and local partners to support up to 8 young people who would benefit from a different provision and who are at risk of permanent exclusion and who have a range of SEMH needs and additional SEND.

As this provision is growing and developing, we are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic Centre Manager with excellent interpersonal skills that can lead the ERP in liaison with Bramcote College and other local providers, to enhance the learning experience for our young people.

The Alternative Provision Lead will set the vision, manage and coordinate the effective running of the provision, manage the budget, offer behavioral and pastoral guidance to pupils and manage any additional referrals from local partners coming in to access the provision offer.

The ERP also works closely with alternative providers for a range of vocational courses, the Lead will be responsible for ensuring safeguarding procedures and checks are in place.

We achieved a well-deserved Good judgement in 2017, and achievement is on a secure upward trend. Our students are well-behaved and motivated. We have excellent support from parents and the community, and a talented and positive staff team.

We are ambitious for every student and provide high-quality pastoral care and support, as well as outstanding enrichment opportunities for our students and the local community.

We are committed to excellent professional development for all. Continued school improvement is supported by membership of the White Hills Park Trust.

Our vision and values are based strongly around our school motto Work Hard. Be Well. Do Well. and as Ofsted noted during our most recent inspection, \"Only the best is good enough\".

The White Hills Park Trust comprises five successful schools across Nottinghamshire, three primary and two secondary schools (one of which includes a sixth form).

We are shortly to be joined by a special school, and we expect that we will continue to grow.

We are a partnership of schools, united by shared ethos and values, working in deep collaboration to give all of our children the best possible start in life.

Our mission is to provide the very best opportunities and outcomes for young people, and our staff work closely together to deliver high quality teaching and learning, share good practice, pool resources and participate in joint projects for the benefit of pupils.

Our schools retain their independence, each with their own leadership, management and distinct character. However, we have a shared ethos and common values and we believe that we are stronger together.

The role of the Trust is to empower our schools and support them by unlocking the benefits of working together.

Interviews to be confirmed.
