Hyde is looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to work within its Charitable Foundation.
Are you passionate about supporting charitable initiatives and making a difference in the community? Do you have excellent organizational and administrative skills? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator in the Grant Team of Hyde Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Grant Team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record management.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Learn to conduct basic research and analysis on potential grant opportunities, providing relevant information to the team.
- Help respond to inquiries from applicants and grantees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
