The post-holder will work under the guidance of the consultants in urology and will provide leadership and guidance to the training doctors on the urology firm and ward nurses.

There is an on-call commitment covering 2 sites out-of-hours with a consultant urologist on call on a 1 in 7 rota which will be implemented very soon.
