The RTR Group Nationwide Limited are a well-established Electrical and Maintenance company operating in Essex, Kent and across the UK.

Our people and customers are at the heart of everything we do and through recent growth we are now looking to expand our maintenance department to ensure we are fully resourced to improve the customer journey.

We are now seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our friendly team, if you are passionate about making a difference and the job requirements match your skillset, we would like to hear from you.

Day to day tasks would involve:

Plan the engineers daily work schedules and allocate work accordingly using the company platforms
To organise our engineers and multi traders to ensure work is carried out in an effective and efficient manner
Answering incoming calls timely and directing them accordingly
Track works progress with engineers and keep clients up to date
Gathering information from engineers on each job along with information to price up works for clients
Contribute to meetings to improve services, build relationships and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Liaising with clients, tenants, landlords, subcontractors and general public to book in works
Quoting/bidding for works and tracking outcomes
Processing jobs and quotes along with help support planning of works
Support the social media platforms to promote the company brand and services and track customer feedback
General admin works

Knowledge and experience required-

Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office products including Excel, Outlook and Word and social media platforms
Up to date knowledge and an understanding of Health and Safety
Basic knowledge of general maintenance
Good Communication skills
Good organisational skills as this is a fast paced role. Ability to work well under pressure

40hrs per week Monday Friday 8am 5pm
