Hours: 39 per week (8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Fridays

Grade D/F: Between £28,148 £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Lunch is available during term time
Gym and Pool membership

Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a Carpenter/Joiner to join a small team that forms part of a wider Works Team within College's Estates Department.

The postholder will be expected to undertake a variety of general carpentry and joinery projects, such as repairs, adaptations, refurbishment, and new installations.

Work will be based within the dedicated carpentry workshop or in situ in one of College's many buildings.

Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience and be familiar with a wide range of woodworking tools.

Excellent carpentry and joinery skills are essential as well as a sound understanding of Building and Health & Safety regulations.

Applicants should be reliable individuals who are able to work cooperatively when working in a team. A full driving license is also a requirement.
