Job description


This is a multi-skilled position which will see you looking after the client throughout their journey with us including the initial sale, excellent communication throughout the booking and job fulfillment, and then the after care process.


So what will you be doing?

  • Making outbound and managing multiple inbound calls and seeing each sale or customer care query through to completion.
  • Ensuring team objectives are met whilst not keeping customers waiting.
  • Actively listening to customers to access what they require, and promptly being able to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring any issues that need to be escalated to the relevant team are done promptly, and keeping the customer informed until it isresolved.

Desirable
Past experience with sales or customer care.

Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electronic, or the cleaning industry would be ideal but not essential.


A passion for providing outstanding customer service with the ability to think out of the box in order to handle a variety of customer queries.


Essential
Someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with everything you do.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with a confident and friendly telephone manner.

Able to work and learn on the hob in a fast paced, dynamic environment.


Prepared to work with as part of our team for the long term, as we want people on our team that we can enable your growth for the long term.


Skills Required:

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written form.

Relationship builder with a good engaging manner to keep our customers coming back

You will need to be willing to go above and beyond your job description in order to provide a amazing customer journey, making each moment with our customers special


In order to succeed in this job, you will need to be able juggle multiple tasks and prioritise each task in order to see it fully to completion.

Salary:
£22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
