RoleOverview


The Sales & Customer Service Advisor role works within our Tiger Sheds Team and reports to the Tiger Sales and Customer Service Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct contact with customers, resolving each query and delivering customer excellence
  • Using our internal IT systems to resolve sales and customer service queries
  • Supporting the Tiger team to meet customer demand
  • Understanding customer requirements to provide accurate quotes in a timely manner
  • Deliver VIP service through customer interaction

Whatdo we expect?

  • Minimum two years experience within a similar customer service role
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Positive and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and cando attitude
  • Handle all communication with internal and external customers in a clear, professional and timely manner
  • Excellent IT literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are vital in this role
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently with systems and processes
  • Ability to use your initiative to meet daily targets

WorkingHours and Holiday

  • Five days, 40 hours per week; permanent contract


  • Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Annual leave entitlement of 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) *Contact Centre may be open on certain bank holidays for which you may be required to work. Lieu days will be provided in this case.
