Our client is an established healthcare operator seeking to appoint a regional manager to lead their newly established portfolio of services.

Having recently expanded nationally, the organisation is now entering their next phase of growth and require anoperationally focused leader to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the business continues to run with efficiency and precision

As an important part of the leadership team, this role is all about overseeing the growth of a newly established portfolio of high-quality community health services.

Possessing a 'quality first' mindset will be key for success in this role - you will havea strong operational lens whilst also being comfortable leading from the front with energy and dynamism.

You will have a natural ability to create followship within your team whilst creating a culture of pride in service excellence.

As regional manager for this rapidly expanding organisation, you'll be a seasoned operator with real dynamism and commercial initiative, alongside solid exposure within multisite healthcare.

A clear understanding of the shifting nature of the healthcaresector will be highly beneficial, alongside an awareness of the mechanics of public sector contracting.
